Hello Seniors, I’m Ava Delaney. This year I’ll be writing the Senior Information Column to help
the Class of 2025 with reminders, events, and overall senior-filled fun. Follow me
throughout the school year for updates and more. Senior year can be quite chaotic. Here are some
important dates and reminders to remember. Yearbook pictures are due Dec. 20. Make sure
to submit your senior picture. Email Mr. Westra-Hall to submit photos. Along with senior ads, parents and others can buy student ads in the yearbook, which are due the same day, Dec. 20.
Proudly, the senior class won powderpuff beat- ing the sophomore first and then the freshman. Go Seniors!
Our winners of Senior Homecoming Royalty got announced at the homecoming football game with Grand Ledge beating Waverly. Congrats to Toby Buckland and Delayne Hengesbach for being our Senior Royalty.
Many Michigan schools offer free college applications during the month of October, any questions about college applications or career preparations talk too your counselor.

Hi, my name is Ava Delaney I'm a Senior at Grand Ledge High School. This is my Third year on Newspaper and I'm the Copy Editor. This year I’m writing the Senior Season Column, stay tuned seniors! I love to write opinion pieces, I'm super excited for this year and to be a writer on the Comets' Tale.
In my free time I love to be active in Clubs some of the clubs I am the President of Women's Equality Club, Secretary of Eco Club, and Vice President of Women's Book Club. I’m also in NHS, Comets Landing, and more. This is my second year on Grand Ledge Girl Varsity Lacrosse.
