The Comet’s’ Tale newspaper was fortunate enough to get an article and behind the scenes pictures with a local band from GLHS, called Ordovision. They are currently working on writing, producing, and recording a concept album. A concept album means an album where every song centers on a specific theme or idea, and has one demo single from the album currently out on YouTube. The writing process consists of a band member coming up with a cool riff or beat, and everyone else starts to build around that part. Lyrics are usually written with a collaborative effort from the band. Ethan Hilton is the lead vocalist and plays keyboard. Glenn Horne is the lead guitarist with Kam Hicks backing him up. Noah Miller plays the drums. They hope in the near future to start playing gigs around town and complete their new album. The Comet’s Tale newspaper would like to thank them for their time for letting us join them in their experience.

The band starts to play one their songs, “Peace and War”. “We would like to do covers, but so far we make original music. Everyone is a part of the creative process whenever we write a song,” lead singer and keyboardist, Ethan Hilton said.
