I’m Carmen Cline, a 12th grader. I’m 18 years old and live in Grand Ledge. I always try to keep a positive attitude and make other people smile and laugh. I love being part of the News Staff and writing articles for others to read, it makes my day to keep information flowing. I also took News Staff to help improve my writing abilities and style. My hobbies are video-games, writing, and hanging out with my friends. I love reading all kinds of manga and watching anime. My future plans are to go into video-game design and become an author. My favorite thing to write is probably horror or science-fiction, just because I can be extremely creative with whatever it is I’m writing about. I also like the idea of creating a horror video game or something science-fiction based, as those are my two favorite genres. My favorite anime’s are My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, Hunter x Hunter, and many others. I’m also a big fan of Japan and Japanese culture in general. I love studying Japan and the Japanese language itself. I love writing about in Japanese settings and Asian settings too. I like to be very open-minded and inclusive of all people and ideas around me.
