Andrew Powers, Current Events/Entertainment Editor
My name is Andrew Powers, and I am a junior at Grand Ledge High School. I was on the newspaper staff last year as a staff writer. This school year I am both the entertainment section editor, as well as the current events section editor. What appeals to me most about journalism is getting the chance to provide people with useful information and contributing to something bigger than myself.
Outside of writing, I enjoy the finer things in life. My hobbies include making funny noises, saying funny sounding words, and hanging out with my friends. My favorite word to say is "spindly". My least favorite word to say is "restaurant" because it is spelled very weirdly.
